I came to the United States with little English, a lot of determination, and the belief that hard work could build a better future. In those early years, I worked multiple jobs—waiting tables, studying late at night, and pushing myself to earn my MBA. Step by step, I worked my way into leading tough IT projects—where getting things right, solving problems fast, and earning people’s trust wasn’t optional. It was how I kept everything from falling apart.

That same resilience carried me beyond the office. I had the honor of representing Team USA four times in Dragon Boat World Championships, a sport where 22 people must paddle in perfect sync. It taught me that success comes from discipline, teamwork, and integrity—values I carry into every part of my life.

When I turned to real estate, I discovered another way to make a difference. I realized many homeowners reach moments when a house no longer fits their life—whether after an inheritance, a major life change, or simply the desire for a fresh start. Having once faced uncertainty myself as an immigrant starting from scratch, I know how important it is to have clear answers and a process you can trust.
